The supply chain offers a design, build, fund, manage and operate procurement methodology that has the capability to operate at the national level, provides a platform that offers an environment to drives out needless costs, and waste, reduces project delivery timescales and enhances occupational and maintenance cost profiles to deliver measurable affordability.
Hub Management
Each HUB project is structured based on validated demand profiles and investment returns. Project briefs are prepared to inform design, specification and budget. Projects are continuously planned, controlled and co- ordinated against the backdrop of financial viability and occupational demand targets.
Supply Chain Management
The full spectrum of supply chain services are resourced from a pool of skilled and resourced professional consultants and contractors who have pre-qualified as HUB supply chain members. Costs plans and expenditure cash flows that inform IRR development appraisals are prepared on a whole life cost basis. Whole Life Costs are based on the HUB design standard grids, window and door schedules and designs and specifications.
