HUB includes support to help you purchase your home, with packages designed and facilitated by Mylend. This includes ongoing budgeting support, partial accommodation supplements, and realistic repayments.
All applicants to go through a mandatory 12 week budgeting course, delivered and monitored by Mylend, prior to purchase. This course is designed to upskill clients on day-to-day costs and how to have good “account conduct” for the banks.
HUB is about supporting homeowners to succeed. For this reason, HUB includes:
