The HUB is a not-for-profit charitable trust providing a design, build, fund, manage and operate supply chain of multi-disciplinary resources, centred around people and their needs. HUB is designed to empower communities’ ability to create their own solutions to the satisfaction of affordable accommodation, supportive communities and sustainable employment opportunities.
HUB Communities Charitable Trust (HUB) has been formed to deliver innovative and measurable housing affordability within a self-sustaining, collaborative partnering environment to operate nationally and at scale.
HUB also accommodates the ability to collaborate with social enterprises to progress planned, co-ordinated and controlled regeneration initiatives whilst empowering local communities.
HUB’s not-for-profit structure has been chosen to correspond to the way HUB wishes to deliver its sustainable community development strategy, in order to deliver improved community development and housing affordability that also drives the manifestation of a series of social benefits and impacts.
